The Lincoln Street Du-plax was designed after a building for that was discovered in the neighborhood. Residence in this neighborhood were adding onto their east/west facing Victorian houses to the south at the back of the building making a courtyard entrance. This became the seed for the design. This also allowed us to get more square footage under the Denver zoning standards.
