This 7 Unit Condominium was designed to attach to the back side of a popular restaurant in the fashionable LoHi district of Denver. Designed on a very tight “L,” shaped piece of land the building steps in on the sides to provide light and balconies to the residential units. The roof top deck is designed and a communal party lounge that will enjoy panoramic city views.
