This 5000 square foot house was designed to fit the active lifestyle of a large family. It is designed to be both maintenance free and open. The first floor has 4 large opening doors that open onto a multi-level patio to the back. The south wall of the 2 story dining room open completely to the patio past the sleek modern kitchen. The floors are terrazzo and walnut that matches the kitchen wall panels. The steel and terrazzo staircase stitches each floor together from the wine cellar to the 3 story yoga studio that looks out across a 600 s.f. deck at the sun setting across the city.
